Dispersion

Dispersion is a resource management strategy game inspired by “The Great Commission” (Matthew 28:16-20) of the resurrected Jesus Christ to His Apostles.

As an Apostle in this game, you rely on God’s blessings to travel the seven regions of the world seeking to attract Followers to “THE WAY.”

You accomplish this by establishing House Churches and City Churches. You fulfill the Missions as instructed by Jesus while incurring Hardships that He warned would come as His Apostles.

The game board depicts Strabo’s map from the 1st century (it’s how the Apostles would have viewed their world), which is overlayed by the ancient symbol for Christianity, the Ichtus (aka Jesus Fish).

Christian symbolism is extensively used throughout the game. Original art of the 12 Apostles standing along the Sea of Galilee adds to the beauty and originality of Dispersion.
