What is CBG?

Tabletop games are a fantastic pastime. Friends and families are gathering around dice, cards, meeples, and boards all over the world to play games together. There are many great games out there and many resources for learning about those games. While Christians enjoy many different kinds of games, it seems to be difficult to find Christian games that are available. My wife and I enjoy so many games. Our own collection of games is the topic of jokes around church. If you are like us, we love games with all sorts of themes and play-styles. However, occasionally we wonder what Christian games might be out there. Whispers are made of games here and there with a Christian theme, but knowing what exists and finding where to buy them can be daunting.

Christian Board Games began as a project to bring information about Christian games everywhere to one location. There are many Christian games, even games with unique mechanics and themes out there. They are just hard to find. We are not a store. We do not sell the games listed here. We also do not charge the Publishers to list their games on this site. Our goal was to make one location to find the majority of Christian games available and how to buy them. Hours and hours have been spent compiling and finding the games that are on this list, and we know there are more out there.

We aim to provide a single location to discover Christian Board Games with information about the games, hopefully where to buy them, and sincere reviews. Some of the games listed here are out of print. Some only have a few left available from a few random game stores. However, if you know what to look for, you might find that random jewel at the local thrift store, book store, or on a random shelf at your local game store. Let’s work together to make it easier to find out about games with a Bible or faith concept.
